Do you sell and ship machines outside the US?
Yes we do sell machines outside the US. Our shipping services are safe and secure.
Can you tell me the value of my pinball/arcade machine?
We do not appraise pinball machines made prior to 1990 or any arcades. We would be happy to let you know what your pinball machine made after 1990 is worth, but please send an email to support@pinballco.com with pictures. We will respond within 24 hours with the value of your machine.
How much does it cost?
Our pricing varies.We offer a variety of options to fit your needs and budget. Please visit our Shop page for more information.
Do you accept pre-orders on machines?
Yes. Occasionally high demand new in box games are not in stock for quite some time. Games available for pre-order are clearly stated on the game specific page under “Lead Time.” Typically, we take a $500 or $1,000 refundable deposit (minus credit card fees) for pre-orders. Once the game is in stock and ready to ship, the deposit becomes non-refundable. Feel free to give us a call if you have any questions regarding pre-orders.
